Top Lessons From Another Trip Around the Sun🌞

✨ Truly grateful to be blessed with a fantastic birthday week, spread between two of my favourite cities- London and Barcelona. Not long to complete 5 decades on Earth now!

And I always feel lucky to be able to reflect back on the age gone 💫 

What are the top three lessons I learnt from another trip around the sun?

🍁 Accept all that is happening is serving you. Both the perceived good and the bad. Always. 

🍂 There are ways that you can make things happen, which are not always clear at the planning stage. Have a strategy but know that you might reach the destination in a totally unpredictable yet beautiful way. 

🍁 Trust. Trust the right people and the right situations will appear, just at the time they are meant to.

🎖️ The biggest achievement of the age gone: 

Feeling grounded, still and well on the inside, in spite of the turmoil and catastrophe that might be taking place on the outside. 

And I owe this to continuously keeping an eye on all of my system- mind, body, energy. 

Believe me folks, nurturing all of you- your whole system...works!

🍁 Those of us who have been lucky to be around a little longer, do know that there is no 'arriving' when it comes to personal growth, development, leadership... 

It is not only children that are growing. 

We keep on growing all the time as adults too. 

So, here's to all of us growing together, every day 🙂
